Discover life-changing tools of NLP and hypnosis and start living more fulfilling life. Hypnosis is a state in which your conscious mind is relaxed so new ideas and new ways of thinking can be more easily accepted by your unconscious mind. Hypnosis is not mind control. In fact, it gives you more control over your life. Hypnosis is used to help people change habits, such as quit smoking or overeating, let go of painful memories and limiting beliefs, bring comfort and relief from emotional pain, and direct the mind toward more satisfying and pleasant thoughts and feelings. It is also a wonderful stress-relieving technique.
Hypnosis can help you let go of fears such as fear of public speaking. We are not talking about rational and useful fears, such as fear of jumping out of airplanes without a parachute. We mean fears, which stop you as soon as you want to reach for your dreams. Fear that makes you hide your true self. Fear that makes you feel unworthy. Fear that stops you from having fun. Fear that keeps you a prisoner.
That there’s a path to letting go of the struggle and pain, to asking for what you need and feeling safe enough to allow your authentic, beautiful light to shine from the inside out. Judgment and limitations (especially those you put upon yourself) can be released so fear no longer controls you in personal and social situations.

truly heard, and authentically accepted by others.

Anna Margolina, Ph.D. is hypnotherapist and Master NLP practitioner. She is dedicated to teaching people, just like you, how to remove their inner blocks and start living a life of happiness and fulfillment.
Very often the only difference between people who live lives of abundance and happiness and those who struggle with scarcity and suffering is how they use their mind - both consciously and unconsciously.
Are you limiting yourself? Are you creating too much struggle and suffering in your life? Maybe it's time to let it go.
Dr. Anna Margolina first became interested in hypnosis, when searching for ways to deal with her stuttering problem. Below are two videos with her personal account of the changes she experienced.
I started my journey with severe blocking and intense fear of speaking. In just a few months my level of fluency skyrocketed. Below is the speech I gave to my Toastmasters group about 5 months after beginning NLP therapy. I was already feeling more confident.
Between 2009 and 2012, I have given a few dozen speeches with increased confidence and flow. Finally, in 2012 I became the District 2 Toastmasters Humorous Speech Champion. I felt victorious!
The tools I used to achieve such remarkable changes in my ability to face an audience and be my true authentic self are available to you now…
